Red Tent Women's Circle: Honoring the Cauldron of Changes
A Gathering for Women in Change
Life is full of changes that sometimes don’t get the space they deserve to be processed, understood, and celebrated. Whether it’s the experience of perimenopause or other significant life transition, this circle is a place to express the stories that often go untold. In this circle, we’ll honor the fullness of our journeys.
The Sacred Space We'll Create Together
There is deep power in being witnessed by other women, in sharing our experiences authentically, and in receiving support through embodied presence. We will be working with the archetype of Changing Woman and exploring the shifts in our bodies, beliefs, and life balance through somatic practices, journaling, and guided sharing. This event will be gently structured and life-affirming.
What to Expect
Somatic exercises to reconnect with your body
Guided Sharing to process and weave together your lived experiences
Reflective Journaling to ground and integrate the journey.

A Note from Raxhel
I’m putting together this Red Tent because it is important that we tell our stories, honor our emotions, and connect with community, especially in times of crisis or chaos. Please reach out if you are feeling called!
The Red Tent Women's Circle welcomes all who identify as women, regardless of anatomy, birth experience, or life stage. We are committed to creating a space that honors diversity in all its forms.
